I seriously need to concentrate and study!!!!!


Within this study break week i realised that...

1. I know nuts about 2101 when i thought it was the easiest.
(I tried okay. I even read the compulsory text. But it just made things worse becos he has his own symbols for the eqns, he jumps around within the chapter, most of his diagrams are from i-dunno-where, etc........)

2. My reading skills are slightly better
(no thanks to 2101)

3. Astronomy is really really much more interesting
(than some cant-be-seen electron nonsense)

4. Im starting to love crusade more and more
(guess its the people thing)

5. Grey's Anatomy Season 5 has started and I dun have MioTV!
(And thanks to disgusting term breaks, I also cant watch it. Shall slowly wait for the season to end and then i can watch all one shot. And have decided that i shall get all the SCV and MioTV and whatnot when I have my own Telly)

6. Im a TV addict.
(watch at least 2 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends. I also tried pulling myself away from it already!! But based on what I observe, Candice is not Candice when she is not in front of the TV. was even thinking of being a TV critic....)

Yesterday, we had Vcomm meeting at HuiQi's place.
After sharing on monday's family day aka ministry outing, we started the meeting proper by having WorshipWordPrayer.
Word was on John 13: 1-17. Jesus washes His disciples' feet.
In that time, only the lowest of the lowest would do the washing of feet.
And that since Jesus has wash his diciples' feet, He told them that they should wash each others' feet as well.
Then as i started stoning, i didnt really catch what was said. but my friends' faces were in total shock. at least, the females were.
It was then i realised that HuiQi is going to wash all of our feet.
And the girls were hit on raw nerve. Touched
She took out chairs, new cloth and a pail of water.
adn i started tearing.
After she finished, since we realised no one was washing hers...
the girls grabbed hers and washed hers.
and we washed each others too.

The whole of yesterday, i was reminded of it time and time again when i cross my feet.....

it just brings me to a 'different world'..

And realised that i missed out quite a few 'events'
Dun say that i've forsaken you all, becos i haven at all.

I knew nothing about it until i saw the pictures.

Its not that i didnt want to go.
Its just that i couldnt remember and i didnt know the venue.

I know im getting very, VERY forgetful.
I couldnt even remember that Sat was Cat's bday party when Aiting just called me to pay for the present on Fri. (Sorry Cat!)
it was only when people started calling me at about 4plus on Sat then i remembered that her bday celeb was that same night.
But i made it there still. (Right Cat?)

So am i still a part of that group? I cant judge.
If becos i reject the clubbing night then im 'outcast', then i have nothing to say.

Its not that i dowan to be a part. But im forced to be apart.

I think uni has indeed changed me.
I can now only live the day-to-day life, or today-till-the-end-of-the-week life, no longer seeing the far future.
I also dunno why.
Maybe Time is just moving really quickly i guess.
Its really hard to just stop and take a deep breathe.
But since i have already choosen this unexpected fast-paced life, I will live with it.
even though im not really doing well in it, but its okay.
because that's not my main purpose in life.
What's with all these studies-minded people?
Do you even know simple stuff outside your books?




Im here only as a student. And I believe that I have a higher purpose..
